Yoga-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Y-CBT) is an evolution in current psychological thought, as it treats both the mind and body by blending traditional and non-traditional methods. When combined the techniques and philosophies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Group Therapy offers the possibility of a more comprehensive resolution of anxiety and depression. By integrating these philosophies into one treatment, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Y-CBT will assist you in making physical and cognitive changes to your response to anxiety within a 6-week treatment modality via telehealth.
